Welcome to Scotfest! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the scotfestnation.com website and your attendance at Scotfest events operated by Scotfest Inc., an Oklahoma nonprofit corporation. By using our website or attending our events, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, registering for competitions, applying as a vendor or volunteer, or attending Scotfest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Scotfest Inc. in the event of event cancellation. Weather-related schedule changes do not constitute cancellation and are not eligible for refunds.
Children under a certain age may be admitted free with a paying adult. VIP and special event tickets may have age restrictions. Please check specific ticket details.

Important: Scotfest Inc. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these rules without refund.
The following items are not permitted at Scotfest events:

By attending Scotfest, you acknowledge and accept that outdoor festival events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: uneven terrain, weather conditions, physical activities, and proximity to athletic competitions.
Scotfest Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from attendance at the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Competitors in athletic events assume all risks associated with their participation and must sign appropriate waivers.
By entering Scotfest event grounds, you consent to photography, video recording, and audio recording of you and your likeness by Scotfest Inc. and its authorized representatives. These recordings may be used for promotional, educational, and archival purposes without compensation.
All content on the Scotfest website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Scotfest Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
